"I had always wanted #lindahamiltonarmsfrom the moment T2 was released. They seemed to epitomize what I aspired to be: a strong, fit and fiercely independent woman. Looking in the mirror about a month ago, I realized I am nearly there. I am leaner, and feel physically and emotionally stronger, than I can ever remember being.

Rewind to May 2016. My health was going backwards at the same rate the number on the scales was going up.

I finally decided to tackle one change at a time. My first step was osteo and physio for my injuries. Next, I bought a10-class PT package with Speed Fitness, whose supportive and encouraging approach took into account my injuries and my extreme lack of confidence and gave me the support I needed to eventually join the group classes. I started to take care of myself, including my diet, making just one improvement each month to keep it manageable- eating breakfast, no processed food, no sugar, low carb and I started to feel better.

By June 2018, I had come so far. Bit while my health was under control, I remained exhausted and still couldn't sleep. The improvements I'd seen due to dietary changes made me think there was more to it than simply removing unhealthy foods and exercise. So I signed up for a 3-month nutrition journey with Tanya at FitFirmTrim.

Tanya's process of consultation and coaching, giving recipes and road maps (while encouraging me to embrace kale) was flexible and informative. A month ago I celebrated being nearly at my #T2arms goal on my final Skype consult.

I am on my way, with a new understanding of how my diet can help maintain my newly-regained health. And I am delighted to be a better role model for my kids, who are starting to consider healthier options for themselves."
